Vanilla Extract apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar added to plant based milk (i.e soy) sours it, giving it a buttermilk style texture
Warm your waffle maker!
optional: make your batter the night before
Add the apple cider vinegar to your soy milk. Leave for a couple of minutes.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add the oil and vanilla to the soured milk, then pour into the dry ingredients
Make waffles in accordance with your waffle machine
This recipe makes about 8 waffles
These vegan waffles are best eaten fresh, but you can freeze them and put them in the toaster later on!
