Equipment

  • 1 250ml Kilner Bottle or similar, sterilised

Ingredients

  • 3 Vanilla Pods
  • 250 ml Brandy

Instructions

  • Place the vanilla pods in the sterilised bottle
  • Top up with brandy. Close the lid.
  • Leave to steep in a cupboard for about 2 months, shaking the bottle occasionally.

Please note that where the recipe asks for milk, butter or yogurt, this refers to any plant-based version that you prefer.
