Preheat oven to 180c
In a blender, whizz up the beans, oil, brown sugar, yogurt, coffee andvanilla extract until smooth.
Sift the flours and salt into a large bowl.
Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry until just amalgamated
Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into your prepared dish and bake for about 25 minutes, or until atoothpick comes out clean. These brownies are not a cakey texture, they are dense and almostfudgy. They will keep for ages in the tin and can be dressed up with alittle drizzled melted chocolate if you like.
