Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Butter - vegan, softened
  • 10 Raspberries - fresh, or your favourite soft fruit
  • 1 tbsp Peach preserves - or your favourite jam

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until it is soft and fluffy
  • Then beat in the fruit and jam, and mix until well combined.
  • Chill, then serve.

Please note that where the recipe asks for milk, butter or yogurt, this refers to any plant-based version that you prefer.
