Equipment

  • 1 0.5 litre jar or similar

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp ground ginger
  • 7 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tsp black pepper - ground
  • 2 tbsp cardamom - powdered
  • 1 tbsp ground cloves
  • ½ nutmeg - grated
  • tbsp ground allspice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Place in a jar.

Please note that where the recipe asks for milk, butter or yogurt, this refers to any plant-based version that you prefer.
