I was thinking of apple pies all day yesterday! It’s not even August, but it feels as if autumn is here – especially with the fussy UK weather!:) Also, my old apple tree at the allotment is absolutely bending under the weight of the fruits, all cooking apples. It’s gonna be a good autumn! This croissant sounds great, especially in the cider version for the apples:))
