I can count on my fingers how many times I had cold soups, but never a Gazpacho, not even when I visited parts of Andalusia. This is definitely something that needs correcting asap! It sounds too good:)

Absolutely love this gazpacho. It’s a somewhat different recipe from how I’m making it. But sounds so delicious. I will give it a try tomorrow for dinner. Can’t wait.

I have never had gazpacho soup, although I have heard of it. It looks like a perfect soup for summer to use fresh produce, and I love that it is a cold soup. It looks so fresh and delicious!
